We manufacture long-term metal panels for signage, dedications, monuments, and memorials. Cast plaques have raised dimensional letters, a background texture, a background color, and a border of your choice.
What is the process for casting plaques?
A mold shapes molten metal, creating what we call a cast plaque. Materials such as aluminum and bronze are excellent for plaque making. When the metal cools, the solid form leaves the mold. The remaining structure is a raw dimensional plaque. There is more substantial relief in cast plaques than in etched plaques since raised lettering and graphics usually protrude about 3/32″ from the plaque.
